Category 9 provides eligible public entities with a streamlined procurement vehicle for purchasing customer-premises equipment and technology components related to network and communications services.
Through ITT85 Category 9, Kascade can help Massachusetts public-sector organizations procure eligible networking and communications hardware and related equipment through the Commonwealth’s established statewide purchasing process, simplifying procurement while providing access to competitively sourced technology solutions.

Kascade LLC is an awarded vendor under the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Statewide Contract ITS86 – Software and Services, Category 3: Software Implementation Services
Provider. ITS86 provides eligible Massachusetts public-sector organizations with a streamlined statewide procurement vehicle for software and related professional services.
Through ITS86 Category 3, Kascade can provide technical design, implementation, integration, installation, configuration, customization, training, documentation, maintenance, support, and cloud migration and monitoring services.
National
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS)
Kascade LLC is an awarded vendor through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) under Contract 260105 – Technology Solutions, Products, and Services. TIPS is a national governmental purchasing cooperative that allows eligible public entities and qualifying nonprofit organizations to purchase products and services from competitively evaluated vendors, helping reduce the time, cost, and administrative burden associated with traditional procurement processes.
Through the TIPS contract, Kascade provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud and network infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, technology consulting, and hardware and software procurement.
