With over 15 years of experience supporting municipalities and public-sector organizations, he brings deep expertise in building secure, compliant, and future-ready IT environments.
Before founding KASCADE, Mike led major infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives for the Town of Weston, shaping his mission to help communities strengthen digital resilience. His leadership blends hands-on technical knowledge with a strategic focus on governance, risk management, and long-term IT growth.
Mike holds multiple advanced certifications, including CCNP, CISSP, and CISM, with expertise spanning cybersecurity architecture, cloud infrastructure, and compliance frameworks such as CIS Controls, CJIS, HIPAA, and GLBA.

Before joining KASCADE, Chris managed regulated IT environments in the pharmaceutical industry and later supported organizations of all sizes in the Managed Services space.
